Around 20 km southwest of Doha, Qatar is
a new lake formed mainly by the cleaned waste water dropped there by
the waste-water treatment plant that operates nearby.
This lake has an interesting shape due to geomorphology and a significant wildlife due to wild birds that stop there during winter migration and feed by the fish that has been dropped in the lake.
